Il motore di Horwin EK3 sviluppa una potenza di 6,2 kW che porta lo scooter alla velocità di 95 km/h. Le batterie di Horwin EK3
Horwin EK3 può essere equipaggiato con due batterie ricaricabili facilmente rimovibili. Lo scooter viene fornito con le efficienti celle agli ioni di litio 18650 della Samsung. Il sistema di monitoraggio SOC ed il sistema di gestione delle batterie sono in grado di prevenire i malfunzionamenti, proteggendo sovraccarichi, scariche, sovratensioni, cortocircuiti. Ogni cella della batteria ha una capacità di 1,44 Wh, mentre l‘intero pacco batterie è di 2,88 Wh. La durata della batteria è di 1.000 cicli di carica. La corrente di carica standard è di 10 A. Il tempo di carica di un pacco batteria è di circa 4 ore.
Come funziona la frenata combinata CBS
Il sistema combinato CBS è progettato per rendere la frenata più sicura e stabile in ogni condizione stradale, evitando che le ruote si blocchino. Il sistema CBS (Combined Braking System) distribuisce la forza frenante tra i dischi del freno anteriore e posteriore. Se si deve frenare in emergenza lo spazio di frenata viene ridotto, garantendo così un arresto sicuro del veicolo anche alle alte velocità. Questa ottimizzazione della frenata rende il controllo estremamente preciso nell‘affrontare le curve, anche se il manto stradale è bagnato.
Tante funzioni comode e utili
Horwin EK3 è dotato di tante funzioni che possono semplificare la vita. Ad esempio, la chiave dispone di un telecomando integrato. E’ quindi possibile avviare, spegnere e immobilizzare lo scooter senza dover inserire la chiave nell‘interruttore di accensione. Il sistema di antifurto può anche essere attivato e disattivato con la chiave-telecomando. Per avviare EK3 basta portare con sé la chiave di accensione. Quando si è vicini allo scooter, questo si sblocca automaticamente. Basta premere il pulsante di accensione. Quando ci si allontana da EK3, il veicolo si blocca automaticamente.
Durante la guida di Horwin EK3 è possibile ricaricare lo smartphone grazie alla presa USB inserita nel vano portaoggetti. Questa funzione aggiuntiva offre la sicurezza di avere sempre a disposizione il cellulare, magari per visualizzare la mappa del navigatore satellitare quando serve.
L’ampio display di EK3 mostra tutte le informazioni necessarie durante il viaggio: velocità attuale, cruise control, livello della batteria, autonomia e molto altro ancora. Con il suo design moderno, dotato della più attuali tecnologie, mostra chiaramente tutte le informazioni utili anche in condizioni di buio, grazie alla retroilluminazione. Una caratteristica particolarmente pratica e innovativa: quando si fa scorrere il dito sulla striscia di touch-start nella parte inferiore del display, è possibile avviare il motore.
