Il decreto prevede un bonus pari al 60% del prezzo di acquisti sino ad un tetto massimo di 500 euro. l'acquisto, con effetto retroattivo al 4 maggio, deve essere documentato con fattura fiscale e deve riguardare solo persone fisiche.
Il giorno di apertura del portale è stato fissato al 4 novembre e l’incentivo sarà accreditato direttamente sul conto corrente del cliente.
Possono richiedere il bonus i maggiorenni residenti nei comuni con oltre 50.000 abitanti.
Dal momento in cui sarà operativa la piattaforma del ministero si passerà alla fase due e quindi lo sconto potrà essere erogato direttamente dal venditore tramite l'esibizione di un buono spesa rilasciato on line e scaricato dalla piattaforma.
Questa è una grande opportunità anche per ridurre il traffico cittadino e ridurre l’emissione di co2 nell’ ambiente. Una città moderna e vivibile si può realizzare attraverso un uso più massiccio delle biciclette.
A Genova il messaggio è arrivato forte e chiaro e il sindaco Bucci ha tempestivamente fatto realizzare oltre 100 km di piste ciclabili.
Un ulteriore sprono ad adottare questo evergreen mezzo di trasporto.
